Danielle Dyce

Danielle works as the Dementia Care Program Coordinator for Thompson Health Care’s Macleay Valley House in Frederickton. She has worked in the aged care sector for over 30 years and has developed a strong passion for ensuring the provision of the highest quality dementia care possible. She is currently in her final year of a Bachelor of Dementia Care with the University of Tasmania. Danielle received 3rd prize in the recent Dementia Training Australia National Storytelling Competition for her entry, “A Salutogenic Approach to Dementia Care”. She has previously presented at Better Practice Conferences in Sydney and Adelaide and enjoys sharing her keen interest and exciting ideas with other people with a strong interest in good practice dementia care.
