Lisa Hort

Lisa Hort Lisa Hort holds a Diploma in Fine Arts and is currently completing a Bachelor of Creative Arts and Design. She has completed specialized studies in Arts, Health’s and Dementia through the University of Tasmania and with Dementia Australia.

Lisa has extensive skills in facilitating Access for All programs. She is trained by the National Gallery Australia to deliver Arts and Dementia, an arts appreciation program, is a certified TimeSlips facilitator and Creative Ageing Trainer. Lisa partners with many organisations in her community and beyond to deliver creative ageing programs. 

In 2016 Lisa was awarded the Creative Ageing Award at the 9th Annual International Arts & Health Conference.
